STANDARD SHIPPING: Process times are slower as we tend to Priority and Express shipping first. Please keep in mind Saturday and Sunday is not considered a business / shipping day.

Processing time varies between 3-14 Business days depending upon item availability and demand. May encounter processing shipping delays.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email from us, that means your order has departed our facility and is in the hands of the courier. Please give the tracking number some time to update in their system.

Express Shipping packages are still guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.

Priority Shipping ships same day Monday - Friday if the order is placed before 2PM.

Signature Requirement: Orders over $150 and Express shipping orders require signature for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Fashion Take Out is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Orders that are shipped free: Original shipping fees will be deducted from credit if the updated total return falls under $99.

If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
